Bert Mathiebe

Bert Mathiebe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and development within the food industry. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Standard Process Inc. since December 2021, Bert focuses on optimizing industrial processes from inception through startup and certification. Prior roles include Process Development Technician at Nature's Way - Schwabe North America and Product Development Scientist at Birds Eye Foods, where Bert contributed to process improvements and new product developments. Bert began a career in manufacturing as a Lead Journeyman Millwright at Brillion Iron Works after completing a journeyman apprenticeship. Additionally, Bert has a military background as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army National Guard. Bert holds a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Penn State University and multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and credentials as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.
