Melissa Temple, PMP, has over 20 years of experience in IT project management and support, currently serving as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst at Standard Process Inc. since July 2009. Melissa's role involves defining problems, analyzing data, and deploying strategies to enhance company processes. Additionally, Melissa has a background in managing helpdesk operations, including metrics, team training, and customer support, as well as providing second and third-tier support for complex issues related to applications. Earlier positions included IT Security Coordinator and IT Helpdesk Technician at Standard Process Inc. Melissa holds a BBA in Management of Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and possesses extensive knowledge in SQL scripting, business intelligence tools, and system validation per industry standards.
