Bryan Reed

Bryan Reed currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at StandardAero, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Bryan held the role of Practice Area Senior Attorney at Ascension from November 2018 to August 2023, and prior to that, Bryan was engaged with Rolls-Royce as Senior Commercial Manager for Contracts Defense Programs, managing contracts and commercial transactions with major aircraft manufacturers. Bryan's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President/Director of Contracts at LHTEC, where responsibilities encompassed developing commercial strategy and overseeing a global team. Bryan's legal career began with ownership of Reed & Lewis, LLP, focusing on business support, and earlier roles included law clerk and various positions in aircraft dispatching. Bryan earned a JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a BA in Political Science and Government from Indiana University Indianapolis.
