Colleen Back is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Vice President of Aircraft Programs at StandardAero since September 2014, where Colleen develops and implements strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the long-term viability of the business across multiple sites. Previously, Colleen held various leadership roles, including Senior Commercial Director of Airframe and Director of Strategic Accounts at StandardAero, and Director of Business Aviation at BLR AEROSPACE, focusing on dealer networks and product efficiency. Colleen's earlier roles at Greenwich AeroGroup and Western Aircraft encompassed executive positions in sales and marketing within a global aircraft services environment. Colleen began a professional career in finance and sales management at Procter & Gamble, specializing in product initiatives for major brands. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Xavier University.
