Corinne Ricks is an Employee Experience and Communications Leader with a passion for fostering engaged and high-performing workplaces. They have served as the Senior Director of Internal Communications at StandardAero since 2025 and previously held similar roles at companies like Olive, Upwork, and Expedia Group. Their extensive experience in strategic communication and change management has allowed them to build trust and inspire collaboration across organizations. Currently, Corinne is pursuing both a BA in Broadcast Journalism and an MA in Communication Studies at Arizona State University.
