Eric May

Eric May, MBA, currently serves as the Director of LEAP & Customer Programs at StandardAero since September 2023. In addition to this role, Eric is the Owner and Career Coach at ResuMay Career Services, focusing on career development for early professionals. Previous experience includes pivotal positions at Honeywell, where Eric drove SIOP transformation as a Senior Project Manager and managed data and analytics as a Senior PP&C Manager. Eric’s career also includes leadership roles at Vanderlande and Intelligrated, specializing in engineering and quality control, as well as significant contributions as a Product Engineer at Cincinnati Test Systems. Eric holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati and multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Miami University and Sinclair Community College.
