Malisa Chambliss

Malisa Chambliss serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She is responsible for Staffing, Employee Training & Development, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Employee/Labor Relations and leads the company’s global team of HR professionals. Chambliss is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to joining StandardAero in 2020, Chambliss served as Executive Human Resources Leader for GE Aviation Commercial Engines Operations leading a worldwide team to support GE Aviation’s global manufacturing business with 22 sites and more than 12,000 employees. During her nearly two decades serving as a global HR executive, Malisa has also held key roles in GE’s Oil & Gas, Security, and Real Estate businesses as well as roles for United Technologies Corporation Security division, ServiceMaster, and CIGNA.

Chambliss holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Troy University.
