Max Allen has extensive leadership experience in both military and civilian sectors. Since January 2020, Max has served as Vice President/General Manager at StandardAero while also owning Mr. Appliance of Mansfield - Arlington - Benbrook since July 2018, focusing on integrity and customer service in appliance repair. As President and Independent Consultant at IDEA Consultation Services Inc. since August 2017, Max provides transformative business leadership in various areas including strategic planning and culture change. A retired officer from the United States Air Force, Max currently serves as Chief of Strategy in the Air National Guard. Previous roles include Executive Director at Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind and various leadership positions at Dallas Airmotive. Max holds a Bachelor's of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Management from Lesley University and executive education from Duke University and Emory University.
