Max H. is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles within procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at StandardAero since June 2025, Max previously held the positions of Head of Supply Chain and Global Procurement Manager at Ovarro. Earlier roles include Senior Direct Procurement Manager, Operational Procurement Manager, Lead Supplier Management Specialist, and Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Hamble Aerostructures Ltd., as well as Project Buyer at GEA Group and Buyer at Meggitt Avionics. Max began career at Palmer and Harvey and DAF Trucks NV, where foundational skills in procurement and mechanical engineering were developed. Max holds a Diploma of Education in Procurement & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
