Ron Gillette

Ron Gillette is a seasoned aerospace executive with extensive experience in project leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth. At StandardAero since June 2016, Ron has held key positions including Project Executive for the CFM56 Greenfield Startup, successfully managing a $23M CAPEX project, and Program Executive for LEAP Industrialization, co-leading a $60B+ MRO License Award. Prior to StandardAero, Ron worked at Honeywell Aerospace for over a decade, serving in various leadership capacities including Customer Product Support Director and Platform Director, demonstrating a strong ability in managing high-value portfolios and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ron holds an MBA from the University of Arizona and a BS degree from Arizona State University.
