Amanda Hiser

Amanda Hiser is a genomics data analyst and R software developer with a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from the University of Oregon. Previously, Amanda worked for three years as a laboratory technician in clinical research laboratories and gained valuable experience in library preparation and next-generation sequencing. Currently, Amanda serves as a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst at Standard BioTools and as a Bioinformatics Analyst III at SomaLogic. Prior to these roles, Amanda held positions at Fred Hutch, LabCorp Clinical Trials, and Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. Amanda is passionate about the Pacific Northwest and enjoys hiking and snowboarding in their spare time.
