Robert Fleming is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the sports surfacing and playground industry. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Playground123 since July 2019, Robert is dedicated to enhancing playground inspections and audits in Australia to ensure safer play environments for children. In addition, Robert has been the Chief Executive Officer of Softfall Testing since January 2015, leading a team that focuses on playground surface compliance and safety testing in accordance with Australian standards. Furthermore, since March 2021, Robert has contributed to the development of playground safety guidelines as a committee member of Standards Australia's CS-005. Robert also served as a Regional Council Member for South Australia/Northern Territory with Parks and Leisure Australia until December 2023. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney.
