Barry Tisdale, President of SMG brings 32 years of corporate leadership experience to the agency after recently retiring from Xerox Corporation. Tisdale has partnered with Gaulding to form SMG and develop “an outside of the box” talent management agency. Dwayne Gaulding, Founder of SMG has over 20 years of experience in motorsports management including owning and operating teams in NASCAR’s top-3 divisions.
