StandStrong is a nonprofit organization offering self-defense, confidence, and empowerment programs nationwide. We work directly with partners in targeted communities to provide our programs free of charge. Our mission is to empower individuals with mental preparedness and the physical skills to be confident, safe, and proud in who they are and what they believe.

With enhanced situational awareness, verbal self-defense skills, accurate facts and information, and a practical physical toolkit, participants gain the confidence to stand up to hate and bullying.
