Peter Strang

Peter Strang is the Chief Executive Officer of Strang Corporation and American Bread Company. With a BS in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The Ohio State University, Peter has held various leadership positions in the restaurant industry, including roles such as District Manager at Panera Bread and Manager at White Chocolate Grill.
