Patrick Shields

Patrick Shields currently serves as a Field Representative for Stanislaus County since September 2023. Before this role, Patrick held positions at Winton-Ireland, Strom & Green Insurance Agency as a Producer and Account Manager from March 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes management and account specialist duties at Enterprise Truck Rental, office management at Shields Glass, and campaign management for the Kelly Chambers Campaign. Patrick also gained valuable experience through several internships, including a development internship at The Leadership Institute and an internship with the City of Turlock focused on economic development and community housing. Patrick began a career in recreation leadership with the City of Turlock, engaging with children to ensure their safety and enjoyment. Academically, Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government, alongside minors in Criminal Justice and Strategic Intelligence, from Liberty University.
