Stephen Thate

Stephen Thate is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Stanley 1913, a HAVI Business Unit, since April 2023. With a solid career in finance, Stephen held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at HAVI Global Solutions from March 2013 to December 2023 and served as Vice President of Pricing and Vice President of Finance at Pactiv from March 1999 to March 2013. Stephen also has prior experience as Vice President Controller and Financial Controller at Rescar Companies and Clear Shield National, respectively, with Clear Shield being a subsidiary of Envirodyne Industries acquired by Solo Cup in 1998.
