Caitlin McDevitt

Caitlin McDevitt possesses extensive experience in human resources technology and management, currently serving as Sr. Manager, Hire to Retire HR Tech- Corporate IT at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. since January 2021, with additional responsibilities as Business Relationship Manager for Workday. Prior to this role, McDevitt was employed at RaceTrac from November 2015 to December 2020, where the position of Manager of HRIS involved leading the HCM Functional aspect of Workday Implementation and overseeing HRIS operations. Earlier experience includes roles at Crawford & Company, spanning from HRIS Coordinator to HRIS Analyst, specializing in Lawson systems. McDevitt holds a B.S.B.A in Human Resource Management from Auburn University, completed in 2012, and graduated from Marist School in 2008.
