Vicky Au is the VP of HR Transformation & Organizational Effectiveness at Stanley Black & Decker since 2024. Previously, Vicky held several roles at Deloitte Canada, including Tax Analyst and Staff Accountant, and served as a Principal at Boston Consulting Group from 2019 to 2023. Vicky has also been involved with Youth Challenge International as a Youth Ambassador and has experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Currently, Vicky is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Waterloo, alongside an MBA from Harvard Business School, which Vicky completed in 2017.
