Louise Sharp

Louise Sharp is an experienced professional in investment services and project management, currently serving as the Head of the Distribution Pursuit team at STANLIB since March 2019. In this role, Louise manages a team of specialists focused on winning business and fostering client relationships across various distribution teams. Prior to STANLIB, Louise worked as a Programme Manager at Absa Group, overseeing the recruitment and mentoring of interns, and as a Project Manager at Wits Language School, co-managing translation services. Earlier experience includes roles at &Beyond as Group Knowledge Manager and African Homesteads Business Manager, and at Wellington Management as Associate Director, specializing in global equity investment products. Louise holds a BBusiness Science (Honours) degree from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA charterholder.
