Currently serving as the Senior Business Manager at STANLIB, Lwando previously held the position of Executive Business Manager for the President of Microsoft Africa, where they specialized in strategic planning and project management. Lwando's prior experience includes roles at FirstRand and Rand Merchant Bank, highlighting their expertise in operational management and cross-functional collaboration. Lwando holds an MBA as well as a bachelor's and honors degree from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
