Tshephang Master Loeto

Tshephang Master Loeto is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio and investment management. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at STANLIB since January 2018, Tshephang is responsible for managing pension funds across fixed income and equities, along with performance reporting. Prior experience includes an Analyst position at Investec Asset Management where responsibilities included managing exposure in the Frontier and Emerging Markets Team, participating in government bond auctions, and conducting stock-level analysis. Tshephang also served as an Investment Analyst at Botswana Insurance Fund Management, focusing on fixed income and cash management, and as a Portfolio Analyst at FinCraft Investment Management, specializing in high-net-worth individual portfolio analysis. Tshephang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Botswana and is pursuing a Certificate of Proficiency in Short-term Insurance from the Insurance Institute of South Africa, as well as being a CFA Level II candidate.
