Jo Monro is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience at Stannah Group, a position held since July 2010. In this role, Jo oversees the marketing function for the Lifts distribution and service division, managing all marketing efforts related to lift installations, maintenance, and repairs across the UK. Prior to Stannah, Jo was the EMEIA Marketing Communications Manager at Entrust Datacard, where responsibilities included advising on marketing strategies and managing a team focused on regional marketing. Jo's career also includes roles at Kelvion, Norwich Union Healthcare (now Aviva plc), London Stone Show Ltd, and Resources Exhibitions Ltd, with a strong background in marketing communications and analysis. Jo holds a CIM Diploma of Marketing from the University of Winchester and a BA (Hons) in Economics for Business from the University of Westminster.
