Tim Rounds

Tim Rounds' career in the asphalt industry began at Gencor Industries, Inc. where Tim started as a welder and fabricator before moving on to field repair work and setting up asphalt plants across the USA. Tim later transitioned to Payne and Dolan, Inc. as an Asphalt Plant Foreman, responsible for daily operations at a 500 tph asphalt plant and overseeing employees, truck scheduling, supply ordering, and job management. Currently, at Stansteel - Hotmix Parts & Service, Tim serves as a Marketing Development Manager for the Great Lakes Region.
