Adam Sadler

Adam Sadler is an executive leader, project manager, and engineer with over 17 years of engineering experience and more than 10 years in leadership roles within multidisciplinary public works operations. They have held key positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Cape York NRM and Director of Delivery Services at Cassowary Coast Regional Council, where they led large teams and managed significant asset portfolios. With a strong focus on sustainability, community engagement, and organizational change, Adam has developed and implemented various successful operational strategies and projects throughout their career. Currently, Adam pursues a GAICD credential from the Australian Institute of Company Directors while serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Stantec.
