AJ White

AJ White is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Indiana University Indianapolis, bringing 14 years of experience in environmental archaeology, higher education, and consulting. They have served as a graduate student and instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, and worked as an archaeologist for various organizations, including HELIX Environmental Planning and Chronicle Heritage. AJ holds a PhD and MA in Anthropology from UC Berkeley, as well as an MS in Geology from California State University, Long Beach. Their expertise includes science writing, cultural resources management, and geoarchaeological research.
