Alex M. is a researcher, wastewater expert, and senior plant operator with extensive experience in wastewater treatment facility planning and infrastructure retrofits. They were involved in the mechanical and process design upgrades of the Regina, Moose Jaw, and Lumsden WWTPs, and have served as a technical advisor for the Capital Regional District's review of sludge thickening and digestion processes. Alex holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Alberta.
