Alexandra Edwards

Alexandra Edwards is an accomplished environmental geologist with over 20 years of experience in geo-environmental consultancy, currently serving as Technical Director at Stantec since October 2025. Previously, Alexandra held the same title at Hydrock from November 2011 to October 2025 and was responsible for managing numerous contaminated land consultancy projects for both private and public clients. Prior roles included Associate at WYG, where responsibilities encompassed team management, site investigation design, and the development of remediation strategies, as well as Project Manager for English Partnerships, overseeing the Land Stabilisation Programme. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Applied Environmental Geology from Cardiff University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography & Geology from The University of Manchester.
