Amr Ayed

Amr Ayed, Ph.D., P.Eng., is a Senior Roads Manager at Ashghal (Public Works Authority), contributing to the upskilling of engineers in performance-based contracts and advanced pavement assessment techniques. With over 20 years of experience in asset and pavement management at Stantec, Amr specialized in automated data collection and project-level budget scenarios across various North American clients. Amr holds a Ph.D. in Pavement Engineering and Management from the University of Waterloo and a Master's degree in Engineering Project Management from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Prior positions include Structural Engineer at Hamaza and Sabour Consultants and Project Engineer at Memorial University of Newfoundland.
