Andrew Harte is a Principal Consultant at Stantec and has extensive experience as a Civil Engineer at McAdam Design from 2010 to 2018. Currently serving in Asset Management at Northern Ireland Water, Harte is also a member and Chairman of the NI Branch Committee for CIWEM since 2016 and 2023, respectively. They pursued a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and an MSc (Hons) in Construction & Project Management at Queen's University Belfast, both with top honors, and previously completed a HND in Construction Engineering at Northern Regional College.
