Andrew W. McCray, AICP, is an accomplished urban planner currently employed at Stantec since April 2022. Previously, Andrew served as a Senior Planner for the Prince George's County Planning Department at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission from May 2019 to April 2022, where interim project management roles were undertaken for county master and sector plans. Prior experience includes working as a Housing Specialist in the City of Pittsburgh's Department of City Planning, contributing to affordable housing initiatives, and holding planning-related internships in cities such as Roanoke and Norfolk, where involvement included community design and resilience strategies. Andrew holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from South Carolina State University.
