Anna Boyles is currently the Technical Director at Stantec, bringing extensive expertise in the water industry with a strong focus on operational and project management. Previously, Anna held various roles at Thames Water, including Head of Performance, Risk and Optimisation, and has also served as Asset Performance Manager at Welsh Water. Anna’s educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Human Geography from The University of Glamorgan and specialized training in Wastewater Treatment Principles from Cranfield University. With interests in wastewater operations, asset management, and predictive analytics, Anna is dedicated to applying analytical principles to enhance customer service and regulatory compliance.
