Baer served as Senior Manager in Human Capital Global Mobility at Ernst & Young and later as Senior Specialist Global Mobility at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Baer's expertise includes overseeing international transfers, taxation, and global compensation reporting, complemented by a role as Director at Global Tax Network, where comprehensive expatriate tax services were provided. Baer also worked as Senior Manager in International Executive Services at KPMG and most recently serves as Global Mobility Tax Manager at Stantec.
