Ari Shammay

Ari Shammay is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process and project management within the water, wastewater, and chemical industries. Career highlights include serving as Projects Engineer at Sugar Australia, where methods for eliminating lumps in brown sugar production were investigated, and as a Process Engineer at MWH, specializing in odour control systems and wastewater processes. Ari has held senior positions, including Senior Process Engineer and Project Manager at MWH, as well as Group Manager for NSW Water at Stantec. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Hons), and a Master’s in Commerce, all from the University of New South Wales.
