Ashlee Neale

Ashlee Neale is currently a Civil Design Team Leader at Stantec, where they have also held the position of Senior Associate Civil Designer since 2023. Prior to joining Stantec, Ashlee worked at Cardno from 2022 to 2023, progressing through roles from Draftsperson to Senior Associate Civil Designer. They began their career in the field at Hume City Council, where they worked from 2001 to 2006 in various positions, including Lifeguard and Customer Service Representative. Ashlee earned an Advanced Diploma in Building Design and Technology and a Diploma in Project Management and Administration from NMIT.
