Ashley Schmitz

Ashley Schmitz, SHRM-SCP, is an HR business professional with extensive experience in strategic talent management and organizational effectiveness. They served as the Director of HR and Administration at Glotel, Inc. from 2005 to 2018, where they led employee engagement initiatives that significantly improved retention. Currently, Ashley is the HR Director for Corporate Teams at Stantec, partnering with executive leaders to enhance workforce strategies and foster a positive workplace culture for over 34,000 global colleagues. They hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
