Bahar Farhadi is an experienced geotechnical engineer with a career spanning over a decade in diverse engineering roles. Beginning with an internship at Pooyab Consulting Engineers, involvement included slope stability design and the execution of instrumentation plans for the DARREH BEIGLOU EARTH DAM project. Subsequent positions at Pooyab saw the application of numerical modeling techniques using FLAC and ABAQUS for earth dams. Farhadi contributed to pipeline projects while at WorleyParsons and served as a geotechnical engineer at TransCanada. Most recently, Farhadi has taken on the role of geotechnical engineer at Stantec since February 2025. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology.
