Ben Ganney has amassed extensive experience in benefits management and operational efficiency across various organizations. At the Metropolitan Police from June 2005 to September 2012, Ben served as Head of Demand, Benefits and Capital Programming, focusing on optimizing ICT investments and capital planning. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a Technologist at QinetiQ, where leadership in a major Ministry of Defence cost-saving initiative was demonstrated by managing teams and challenging procurement practices.
