Beth Elliott

Beth Elliott, AICP, serves as a Principal and the Midwest Planning & Design Team Leader at Stantec, where responsibilities include managing complex urban planning projects focusing on comprehensive planning, community revitalization, and transportation. With substantial experience from the City of Minneapolis as Principal City Planner for Downtown, Beth coordinated numerous significant initiatives such as the Target Field LRT Station and the Vikings Stadium. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Iowa. Expertise encompasses grant acquisition, community engagement strategies, and public participation methods.
