Bill Butler

Bill Butler is a senior operations executive and licensed attorney with over 25 years of experience in operations management, strategy development, and corporate governance. They have served as a Partner at K&L Gates from 1976 to 1990, held the position of Senior VP and General Counsel at Univar Corporation from 1990 to 2001, and worked as Managing Director and COO at Reed Global Advisors from 2004 to 2005. Currently, they serve as Corporate Counsel at Stantec Consulting Services Inc., overseeing legal matters, claims, risk management, and collections. Bill is pursuing a JD in Law at Columbia Law School and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
