Billy Jackson

Billy Jackson is an experienced construction management professional with a focus on quality assurance and inspection. Currently serving as a Construction Quality Assurance Project Manager at Stantec since October 2020, Billy oversees quality management duties, including material management and documentation, while also coaching site staff on quality management principles. Prior to this, Billy held the position of Construction Inspector at both Stantec and the City of Charlotte, where responsibilities included monitoring construction activities and reviewing plans for compliance with regulations. From May 2012 to February 2016, Billy worked as a Field Project Manager/Scheduler at Terracon, directing project efforts and ensuring client needs were met. Billy's educational background includes studies at Auburn University and Coastal Carolina University.
