Borja Alvarez

Borja Alvarez, P.Eng. M.Sc., currently serves as the Bridge Technical Lead at Stantec, where they bring proactive leadership and extensive experience in bridge and structural engineering. Previously, Borja held positions at COWI, Ausenco, and TYPSA, contributing to significant international projects involving complex design and construction management. They completed a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Miami and another in European Construction Engineering at Fachhochschule Giessen-Friedberg. With a strong foundation in steel and concrete design, Borja has worked on projects in high seismic areas across various countries, demonstrating their ability to navigate complex engineering challenges.
