Brad Horne

Brad Horne is a Senior Fish Biologist at Stantec Consulting, with experience since January 2016 in preparing technical submissions and conducting consultations with federal and provincial regulators for oil and gas and LNG clients in western Canada. Previously, Brad worked as a Senior Fisheries Biologist at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure from January 2002 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing fisheries and aquatic resource programs for significant resource development projects in northern Canada. Earlier experience includes a role as a Fisheries Biologist at Aquatic Resources Limited, focusing on fish stock assessments, and as an Aquatic Biologist at North/South Consultants, where data on fish populations and habitat interactions was collected and analyzed. Brad holds a Master of Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from the University of Manitoba.
