Brent Reed is a visionary technology and architecture leader with over 20 years of experience in airport systems and airline digital operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Application Architecture at Stantec, Brent also founded Tactec Strategic Solutions Inc., where they lead Lean and Agile adoption for medium to large organizations. Previous roles include Senior Technical Consultant at Exocom and Technical Design Authority at SITA, where Brent made significant contributions to groundbreaking airport technologies. Additionally, they are a co-author of "Navigating DevOps Through Waterfalls" and have trained over 1000 students in Disciplined Agile since 2020.
