Brian Guthrie

Brian Guthrie is a retired Senior Advisor with extensive experience in project management training, coaching, and mentoring, having served at Stantec from January 2007 to December 2022. As Vice President of Practice Services and Innovation, responsibilities included oversight of corporate programs in research, innovation, learning, and project management practices, as well as the design and delivery of internal project management 'Boot Camps' and contributions to corporate quality processes. Prior to Stantec, Brian Guthrie worked as Executive Director for Sustainability, Innovation, and Networks at The Conference Board from January 1996 to January 2007, where oversight included corporate and policy research programs. Brian Guthrie holds a B.Sc. Honours in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Energy Systems, from Queen's University.
