Bruce Blacker

Bruce Blacker is a Principal Designer at Stantec, currently overseeing the design of both major and minor infrastructure projects. With over 35 years of experience, they have developed expertise in 12D Model and AutoCAD while adhering to various authority standards. Previously, Bruce held senior positions as a Civil Designer at KBR, Inc. and Hughes Trueman, and has also worked as a Civil Draftsman and Designer at Taylor Thompson Whitting and Arup, respectively. At SMEC, they served as Principal 12d Designer before transitioning to Stantec.
