Bruce Horton

Bruce Horton is a seasoned professional in environmental economics and policy, currently serving as Technical Director at Stantec since September 2022. In addition to this role, Bruce has been the Director at Environmental Policy Consulting since March 2010, providing expert advice on social cost-benefit analysis, climate change, water resources, and sustainability. Bruce has also held positions as Principal Sustainability Consultant at MWH since March 2012, Environmental Policy Adviser at Water UK from March 2006 to February 2010, and Environmental Economist at both Ewan Group and the Environment Agency.
