Carl Chan

Carl Chan is a seasoned professional in the field of civil and environmental engineering, currently serving as Senior Principal and Co-Chief Urban Water Resources Engineer for North America at Stantec since January 2017. In addition to this role, Carl holds the position of Principal Civil Engineer, leading the Water Delivery Center Engineering Discipline. Prior to Stantec, Carl worked at MWH as a Principal Network Engineer for a brief period in 2017 and spent over 16 years at CDM Smith, where responsibilities included project management. Carl's academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Guelph.
