Carlin Howard, MBA (nee Lalonde), currently serves as a Consultant for PBS Client Solutions at Stantec since March 2024. Previously, Carlin held the position of Senior Manager of Operational Readiness for Project Horizon at The Hospital for Sick Children from 2022 to March 2024, and prior to that, Carlin was with Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto), Sinai Health where various roles included Director of Operational Readiness & Transition Planning for the Phase 3A Redevelopment from 2017 to 2022. Carlin’s extensive experience also includes a managerial role in Funding Implementation & Operations at Cancer Care Ontario, leading the development of a province-wide funding model for systemic treatment. Carlin holds an MBA in Health Industry Management & Strategy from the Schulich School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Western University.
