Carrie Rackey

Carrie Rackey is the Principal of Environmental Services at Stantec, where they continue to focus on brownfield revitalization and community enhancement across the western United States. With over 20 years of experience, Carrie specializes in grant writing, environmental assessments, and project management, helping various entities achieve goals in affordable housing, transit-oriented development, and economic growth. Their previous roles include Senior Environmental Scientist at AMEC Environment & Infrastructure and Brownfields Outreach Specialist at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Florida State University and completed master-level coursework in Environmental Science at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
